Sink Types We Install

Undermount Sink

Mounted below the countertop for a seamless look and easy countertop cleanup. The most popular choice for quartz and granite countertops. Requires precise cutout and secure mounting clips.

Farmhouse / Apron-Front Sink

A deep, wide sink with an exposed front apron that extends to the cabinet face. Available in fireclay, cast iron, and stainless steel. Requires a modified base cabinet for proper support.

Drop-In / Top-Mount Sink

Drops into a countertop cutout with a visible rim. The simplest installation type and compatible with any countertop material. Available in single and double basin configurations.

Workstation Sink

A ledge-system sink with integrated rails for cutting boards, colanders, and drying racks. Maximizes functionality in the sink area. Available in undermount and flush-mount configurations.

Bar / Prep Sink

A smaller secondary sink for a kitchen island or bar area. We install bar sinks with dedicated faucets and drain connections as part of kitchen remodel projects.

Sink Materials

Stainless Steel

The most popular kitchen sink material. Durable, heat-resistant, and easy to clean. Available in 16-gauge and 18-gauge thicknesses; we recommend 16-gauge for its sound dampening and durability.

Fireclay

A fired ceramic material used primarily for farmhouse sinks. Extremely durable, scratch-resistant, and available in white and off-white. Heavier than stainless and requires a reinforced cabinet.

Granite Composite

Made from granite stone dust and acrylic resin. Highly resistant to scratches, stains, and heat. Available in a range of colors including black, gray, and white.

Cast Iron

A traditional material with excellent durability and sound dampening. Available in a wide range of colors. Heavy — requires a reinforced cabinet and countertop support.

Kitchen Sink FAQs

Do you install garbage disposals with the sink?

Yes. We install garbage disposals as part of the sink installation, including all electrical and plumbing connections. We carry and install InSinkErator and Waste King disposals.

Can you install a farmhouse sink in an existing kitchen?

Yes, but it requires modifying the base cabinet to accommodate the apron front and provide proper support for the sink's weight. We assess the existing cabinet during the estimate.

Do you supply sinks or do I need to purchase one?

We can supply sinks through our trade accounts or install a sink you've already purchased. We recommend confirming the sink model with us before purchase to ensure compatibility with your countertop and cabinet.

How long does a kitchen sink installation take?

A straightforward sink replacement typically takes 2–4 hours. Farmhouse sink installations that require cabinet modification may take a full day.
